Scoria (Lava Rock) - 10 Pieces

Great for classroom use!

 Each of these 10 pieces will have at least one side that measures 3/4" in length. 

For each of the 10 pieces, a rough estimate of size is 3/4”+ x 1/2" x 1/4”. 

Material description:  An igneous rock of basaltic composition and containing numerous vesicles caused by trapped gases.  Scoria is also referred to as "lava rock".  Colors of this rock range from red, black, mauve, reddish-brown, and brown.  

In this offering, the color combinations will vary.
