Slate - 10 Pieces

Great for classroom use!

 Each of these 10 pieces will have at least one side that measures 3/4" in length. 

For each of the 10 pieces, a rough estimate of size is 3/4”+ x 1/2" x 1/4”. 

  Material description: Slate forms when shale, which consists of clay minerals, is subjected

                   to the metamorphic processes of pressure and heating.  

The pictures are representative of the quality and general size of the 10 pieces of the material you will receive. The pieces pictured are not the actual pieces you will receive, but are from the same stock your order will be filled from.

When taking the sample pictures, I typically do so outdoors in direct sunlight and the shade. 

My desire is to provide pictures that accurately reflect the samples being sold.
